I am proud to announce that we, clinicians and cancer scientists of the Middle-Eastern and North African countries, have established the first non-profit association to fight cancer through cancer research and education in our region.   

The Middle-Eastern Association for Cancer Research (MEACR) was created and officially registered in Montreal, Canada, in December 2009. The main objectives of the MEACR are to encourage the collaboration between cancer scientists within the Middle-East (ME) and North African region as well as those working in North America, Europe, and other parts of the world; and to promote scientific education and training of graduate students and young investigators in the ME and North African countries.                                         More>>
